CHURCH CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS

PREAMBLE

We, the members of Divine Kingdom Victory Global Ministry, Inc. do accept, ordain and establish the following Constitution and Bylaws, to which we voluntarily and solemnly submit ourselves to:

1. Preserve and uphold the principle of the Scriptural Christian Faith.

2. Preserve the priesthood of this body and the liberties given by God to individual members to serve God with a clear conscience.

3. Provide for orderly conduct of our internal affairs, in dealing with others and the governing of this body of Christ.

ARTICLE I - NAME

The name of this ministry shall be Divine Kingdom Victory Global Ministry (DKVGM).

ARTICLE II - PURPOSE

To worship Jehovah God through obedience to the Holy Scriptures, prayer, studying and teaching of the Holy Scriptures in truth, ( Isaiah 24:4-6; Acts 6:2; II Tim. 2:15 & Luke 18:1). To proclaim repentance towards God, and trust in his son Jesus Christ. To create an environment that promotes personal growth, true worship, prayer, godly lifestyle, and to:

1. Bring the gospel to the unsaved world and deliverance to them that are bond, through the power of the name of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19-20; Luke 4:18-19)

2. Establish resource and support centers to help the poor, widows, the sick, the orphans and to educate communities (Luke 4:18; Isaiah 41:17-20).

3. Train leaders according to their calling for ministry (Eph. 4:10-14)

4. Open branches of this ministry worldwide as the Lord open doors (1 Cor. 16:9; Col. 4:3)

ARTICLE III - CHURCH COVENANT

God by his own mercy has taken the initiative and prepared an atonement for our sins through the blood of his son Jesus Christ. We are a group of people who having realized that God will judge every secret sins by Jesus Christ, and cast the unrepentant into the lake of fire (Hell), according to the Holy Scriptures, have repented of our sins against Jehovah God and put our trust in his son Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12), and submitted to the ordinance of water baptism by immersion.

Having been forgiven of our sins and received the gift of the Holy Spirit, we live to please God as the Holy spirit give us power over sin and Satan. We are made one body with Christ, so that the righteousness of God through Christ might be manifested in us. We are commanded to be zealous for good works and to live in the unity of faith in the bond of the spirit of peace with one another, ( 2 Cor. 5:21; Eph. 4:3-6) We therefore in love:

a. Pray for one another, edify and encourage each other in our Christian faith, carefully watch over one another, and faithfully warn, exhort, admonish and forgive our fellow members as the occasion might deem it necessary (Ephesians 4:31-32; 6:18-20;   1Thessalonians 5:13b-15; Galatians 6:1-5; Matthew 6:14-15)

b. Maintain assembling of ourselves together, unless providentially prevented. We will uphold public gatherings of worship of God with His people, and the ordinances of His church (Acts 2:41-47: Colossians 3:16-17; Hebrews 10:19-25; 1 Timothy 3:14-15)

c. Maintain our own personal and family worship at home, the spiritual training of our children and those of our household for their salvation and fellowship in the Lord (Deuteronomy 6:1-10; Ephesians 6:4; Joshua 24:15)

d. Be the light in this world and as salt in the earth. We shall seek the grace of God, through prayer, to deny all ungodliness, and worldly lusts, and walk in a manner worthy of His calling and the professing of our faith with good works by which we can also win the souls of men (Matthew 5:14-16; Titus 2:11-15; Ephesians 4:1)

e. Strive for the purity and the propagation of the glorious gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth ( Matthew 28:16-20; Acts 1:8: Romans 1:16-17; 10:9-17; 2 Corinthians 5:14-21)

f. Contribute cheerfully, as we purpose in our hearts the devotion of time and material resources according to that which God has given so as to maintain a faithful and biblical ministry among ourselves. To support the poor, widow, needy among us, (2 Corinthians 8-9; 1 Corinthians 16:2; Galatians 6:10)

g. Make the Holy Scriptures the only ultimate authority in every area of life by which we also strive to live by to the glory of the Lord (Matthew 4:4; 22:29, 31-32; 5:17-18; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; Revelation 22:18-19; Hebrews 4:12-13)

h. Submit to the leadership God has appointed over this ministry in the way that honors God, and for the sake of the well being and unity of this body ( Hebrews 13:17;     1Thessalonians 5:12-13; Romans 12:5; Philippians 2:2-3; 1 Corinthians 1:10-13; Ephesians 5:21)

i. Recognize that any willful abuse of the privileges bestowed upon us as members of Divine Kingdom Victory Global Ministry may lead to partial restriction of or the total withdrawal of privileges of membership according to the scriptural mandate we adhere to (Matthew 18:15-18; Romans 16:17-18: Titus 3:10-11, I Thessalonians 3:6,14-15)

ARTICLE IV - CORE VALUES

Having seen the abuse of God's word, and false shepherds fleece the souls entrusted to them, we contend to safeguard the proper use of Scriptures in the context that reflect God's intended purpose for all scriptures (Jude 1-4; 2 Tim. 3:16; Heb. 4:12-13). To faithfully maintain an integrity which reflects true worship and service (Rom. 12:1). To follow the scriptural way to genuinely bring souls into relationship with Christ. To create an environment where souls will experience the deliverance of God in the name of Jesus Christ and by the power of the holy spirit.

We seek the welfare of the members spiritually, emotionally, socially, economically, and academically. To help and support the weak, widows, orphans, and the poor among us, and those outside, according to the available resources. This was also commanded by our lord Jesus Christ (Lev. 25:35; Ps. 14:31, 41:1; Prov. 19:17; Luke 14:12-14; Gal. 2:10; James 1:27)

ARTICLE V - ASSOCIATIONS

Divine Kingdom Victory Global Ministry is an independent fundamental Christ ministry. As such, the ministry is opposed by convictions of the holy spirit to any type of ecclesiastical compromise, alliance with liberalism, neo-orthodoxy, neo-evangelicalism, secrete societies and all other unbiblical groups. Due to its independent and nondenominational status, this ministry is part of the universal church of the lord Jesus Christ, but may not join a convention or any type of hierarchal organization. Divine Kingdom Victory Global Ministry also hold to and is characterized by the historic christian principles:

A. The absolute authority of the Holy Scriptures (Bible) ( 2 Tim. 3:16; 2 Pet. 1:19-21)

B. Regeneration of membership ( Rom. 1:7; 1 Cor. 1:2; 1 Pet. 1:2, 22-23)

C. The ordinances of believer's baptism by immersion ( Acts 2:41; 8:12; Rom. 6:4), and the communion of the lord's supper (Matt. 26:26-28; 1 Cor. 11:23-34)

D. Autonomy of this ministry to seek the counsel of God ( Acts 6:5; 1 Cor. 16:1-3; Acts 15:22-23), and to use the teachings of the holy scriptures to direct the affairs of this ministry (Joshua 1:8-9; Ps. 19:2-11, 119:1-11, 89, 105; Prov. 28:4; 2 Tim. 3;16-17)

E. The priesthood of the believer and liberation of the soul to serve God with a clear conscious (1 Pet. 2:5, 9; Rev. 1:6, Acts 15:23-29; Gal. 2:3-5, 5:1; 2 Cor. 3:17).

F. Separation of church and state; that no unbiblical mandate may be imposed upon the ministry which might infringe upon the conscience of the believer and the biblical way of running the affairs of the church, ( Matt. 22:21; Rom. 13:1-7).

ARTICLE VI - STATEMENT OF FAITH

SECTION 1: GOD (Yahweh):

We believe in the one and only true God, who is Holy, Righteous, Divine, the Creator of the Heavens, the Earth, and mankind. He is perfect in all aspects. He is the giver of life. He does miracles and wonders. All things created by him, exist by him, live through him, and for his glory.

SECTION 2: JESUS CHRIST:

We believe that Christ Jesus is the only begotten son of Jehovah God, the Creator-God. He was born by a virgin to be manifested in the flesh for the atonement of sin. He destroys the works of Satan, and set those who put their trust in him free from the bondage of sin. In his name diseases and illnesses are healed, evil spirits cast out and the dead is raised ( 1 Timothy 3:16; Col. 2:9)

We believe the death of Jesus Christ was real and so was his resurrection. Through Christ, God has ordained salvation for all those who repent of their sins against God and believe on the name of Jesus Christ. We also believe that Jesus Christ will come back the second time to receive the righteous unto himself. He will judge the living and the dead to give to everyone according to his/her work (Titus 2:11-14).

SECTION 3: THE HOLY SPIRIT:

We believe the Holy Spirit is the power of God. His presence in us who believe is an evident of our adoption onto children of God. His operation gives us the ability to understand and obey the word or laws of God and to live out the godly life (John 14:26), It is essential that the Holy Spirit lead, else no one can come to know God.

Through the Holy Spirit the believer is given the power and the authority to overcome sin, and to submit the flesh to the obedience of Christ. He also gives the believer gifts of grace that help the believer to become a useful part of the church of Christ; fulfilling ministry. He also affirms the hope of Christ's coming in us, (John 14:1-4).

SECTION 4: THE HOLY SCRIPTURES (HOLY BIBLE):

We believe that the Holy Scriptures is the written word of God, as such, inspired by the very spirit of God. It does not coheir the authority of God with any other religious books, and as such it is authoritative and absolute truth given to mankind by God (II Timothy 3:16) The Holy Scriptures stands unique in every context and contest of life. The Holy Scriptures transcend culture, race, government and nation. It is the plan and the power of God unto salvation in those that will believe (Psalm 19:7-8; Romans 1:16-17).

SECTION 5: CREATION:

We believe that God created the human race, the heavens and the earth and all that are in them (Genesis 1:1-28). This ministry does not believe in evolution as is taught to believe that creation came to be without God. We believe that the earth is given to mankind to inhabit and to be the caretaker, and that God will hold us accountable on the day of judgement. All creation is subjected to God's will and judgment.

SECTION 6: ETERNAL LIFE:

Anyone who repent and believe in Jesus Christ will have eternal life (John 6:40; John 3:16, Romans 3:23, 10:9-10) One has to repent of his/her sins, and believe in the heart and confess with the mouth that Jesus Christ is the son of the living God, and that he died and God raised him from the dead. After this, the one who repented and believed has a need of water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ. The new believer must then be taught and be trained in the word of God to believe all things. The believer also will need the baptism of the Holy Spirit as evidenced by speaking in tongues and the fruit of the spirit he/she produce (Galatians 5:22; Titus 2:11-14; Rom. 6:23)

SECTION 7: DEATH:

We believe that death which is the permanent cessation of all vital bodily functions is eminent and it was as a result of sin that was first committed by Eve and then Adam (1 Cor. 15:21-22; Gen. 3:3, 6). We believe that death is appointed unto everyone born (Heb. 9:27). Death itself shall also be punished and be destroyed on the day of judgement (Rev. 20:14)

SECTION 8: ETERNAL DAMNATION:

According to the Bible, eternal damnation is for those who refused God's grace of redemption, both people who were in the old and the new Testaments era. God has appointed a day in which he will judge the deeds of the living and the dead by Christ Jesus (Heb. 9:27). He will hand down a verdict, that will command all those who rejected Christ and refused to repent before God, to be cast into the lake of eternal fire (Revelations 21:8, 20:15; Rom. 3:23: John 3:18b-19).

SECTION 9: WATER BAPTISM:

The message of repentance and water baptism are presented together, according to the Holy Scriptures. Anyone who repents of their sins against God and believes on the name of Jesus Christ needs to be baptized, and those who will get baptized should be only those who repented. We believe and teach on water baptism by way of immersing the repented person into water in the name of Jesus Christ.

Nowhere in the Holy Scriptures can you find anyone repented and then have to wait and be taught why he/she needs water baptism. (Matthew 3:11, 28:19, Acts 8:34-38, Luke 3:3, Mark 16:16, Acts 19:3-5) We believe that the message of repentance goes together with baptism, therefore water baptism should only be delayed when there is a very good reason, such as, no resources to do baptism right away.

We do not believe in baby/infants baptism as that is not the fulfillment of the holy scriptures. Nowhere in the holy scriptures will you find that any child was baptized. This ministry reserves water baptism for those who at the age of accountability repent of sin committed against God and put their trust in the Lord Jesus Christ.

SECTION 10: HOLY GHOST BAPTISM:

Joel 2:28, Acts 1:8, 8:17, 10:44-47, Acts 19:1-6.

This ministry hold up to the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ as it was handed out to the Apostles when he told them to tarry in Jerusalem until they had received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Every believer in this ministry will be taught the need for the baptism of the Holy Spirit after their conversion. This awesome and powerful gift of grace will by no means downplayed by this ministry. The evidence of been baptized with the Holy Spirit is by speaking in new tongues or prophesying and speaking with new tongues.

SECTION 11: THE LORD'S SUPPER (THE LAST SUPPER)

We believe in the ordinance of the lord's supper or the last supper which was instituted by our lord and savior Jesus Christ the night prior to his crucifixion at the passover. We are told by our lord that as often as we observe this ordinance, we proclaim his death until he comes (Matthew 26:26-30; Luke 22:17-20; Mark 14:22-26; 1 Cor.11:23-29) We believe that only those who have repented, received Christ as savior, been baptized and able to examine their conscience should partake in the Lord's supper.

SECTION 12: SPIRITUAL GIFTS:

1 Cor. 12:1-11, Ephesians 4:11-13, Joel 2:28-29

We believe in the special abilities that God gives to the saints by the Holy Spirit for edification and the work of ministry. If the apostles could not function without them, neither can we. We believe that the lack thereof makes a church malfunctional and ineffective.

SECTION 13: THE SABBATH:

Genesis 2: 2-3; Exodus 20:8-11, 23:12, 31:13-16, 35:2-3; Isaiah 58:13, 66:23; Jeremiah 17:27, Hebrews 4:4; Matt. 5:17

a. We understand how the Sabbath has generated tension and fierce debate in many denominations because of the wrong pretenses and wrong teaching. It is a day that God himself rested from his work. God sanctified and blessed the Sabbath which he set aside as a day of rest (Saturday). This is not as complicated a subject as is made out to be. It is only that people who like to build tradition of convenience find a way to make it complicated. There are many denominations that celebrate manmade days and holidays, but refuses to enjoy God-given day of rest he has sanctified, which even, Jesus and the apostles honored and kept holy.

b. We understand from the holy scriptures that the Sabbath is not for the Jews only, but for all God's people. We will adhere to what our Lord Jesus said, thus, "the Sabbath is made for men, not men for the Sabbath" (Mark 2:27). We will not add any unnecessary burden or human traditions which make the Sabbath unbearable. We will also meet on the first day of the week (Sunday) to worship and pray as well, as that does not violate scriptures either.

c. We do not follow speculations or the teachings of those who seek notoriety at the expense of sound scriptural teaching. Jesus Christ and the apostles did not just teach, but lived what they taught and it was no different when it came to the Sabbath.

d. The New Testament church were always instructed in the Holy Scriptures to do their gathering of resources, and other activities on the first day of the week (Sunday). This was intended to avoid tedious work or dishonoring the sabbath. The Sunday meetings never violate God's law either, because we are encouraged to meet to pray, but to say that Sunday is the same as the sabbath is a violation of the commandment of God.

e. We will remember to honor the Sabbath by doing what is edifying and pleasing to God, which is the fulfilment of the Scriptures. Our Prayer and worship time on the Sundays is not a replacement or a substitution for the Sabbath. It is not by accident that people are deceived to believe that the breaking of any of the ten commandments of God will be considered a sin except the fourth commandment (Sabbath). (Exodus 20:10, 31:13; Deut. 5:14; Lev. 23:3; Neh. 13:17-18; Isaiah 56:2, 6; Matt. 28:1; Mark 16:2, 9; Luke 6:5, 24:1; John 20:18; Acts 13:42-44, 18:11, 20:7; 1 Cor. 16:2)

ARTICLE VII - DOCTRINE & TEACHINGS

All doctrine, teachings and practices of Divine Kingdom Victory Global Ministry Incorporated have the Holy Scriptures as its stand and source of clarification. The leaders of this glorious ministry of Jesus Christ have the responsibility to check teachings and doctrine to make sure they conform to the Holy Scriptures and are sound by all scriptural standards, (Gal.1:8; 1 Timothy 4:6, 4:16)

Members also have the God-given right to check every practices, teaching and preaching against the holy Scriptures (Bible). This should be done with all humility so that we can all learn and grow in the knowledge of the truth, (Joshua 1:8-9; Acts 17:11).

This ministry will not compromise the Bible in any shape or form as many things that has been pushed into some churches has no bases in the Holy Scriptures. Any ceremonies and practices that go against or obscure the truth of God's word will be avoided at all cost, because the holy scriptures tells us that during those years of ignorance, God overlooked our errors, but now he wants us to obey his word through repentance (Acts 17:30).

Should any doctrine taught or practices be found not consistent with Scripture, this ministry will not be hesitant to address the doctrine or practice in question promptly. For these reasons the leadership of this ministry will weigh carefully who they put in our pulpit to teach or preach, especially guest preachers.

This will also give us the privilege to know what assistance you might need in your spiritual growth.

We will also like to know the reason one is leaving his/her current church; as it will help this ministry to avoid creating a haven for insubordinates and rebellious saints who negate correction by running from ministry to ministry to cover up their questionable deeds. The leaders of this ministry will conduct follow up, if necessary, by contacting the leaders of one's church to confirm what we are told.

If there is a need for any reconciliation, we will seek that option first. In some instances, one will have a justifiable personal reason beyond his/her control and might require that such matters be kept confidential. If this becomes the case, the leaders will use godly wisdom and make decision as deemed appropriate to fulfill godliness.

After the membership of the believer is confirmed, he/she will start our discipleship classes where they will be taught the Bible, constitution and doctrine of this ministry. If the new member had not been baptized by immersion, this will be the right time to do so. Also if they have not received the baptism of the holy spirit then, the church will pray with him or her to receive the baptism of the holy spirit. This is very essential and should never be downplayed.

4. Dies

5. Is dismissed based on disciplinary process, which the leadership have taken through the necessary steps indicated in our bylaw, Article VIII, and as is also stated in the Holy Scriptures.

ARTICLE IV - COMMITMENT TO THE NEW BELIEVER

We believe that the entire church have the responsibility to nurture, pray for, and train the new believers as they go through the growing process. This ministry will put in every effort to assist the new believer to mature in the things of God. New believers learn the character of Christ from the word of God, and the actions of mature members. For these obvious reasons, this ministry will be mindful so as not to become a stumble block to any new believer, (Romans 15:1)

SECTION 1: DISCIPLESHIP OF THE NEW BELIEVER

This ministry takes the responsibility of training and equipping the new believers with the knowledge of the word of God seriously. The new believers will be taught how to study the Bible and the application of the biblical teachings. The church will also pray with the new believers for the holy ghost baptism that will enable them to live a life that is pleasing unto God.

All new believers will go through our discipleship classes to be taught the doctrine and teachings of this ministry as well as our constitution and bylaws as supported by the Holy Scriptures. Their promotion to subsequent levels will be based on their progress and after careful evaluation of their growth.

The leader or leaders assigned to these new believers will handle them with all carefulness to avoid becoming a stumbling block to their fragile faith. Their progress will be reported periodically. The designee will also give an update on the progress of the new believers during the church board meeting.

ARTICLE V - APPROPRIATE DRESSING

1 Timothy 2:9-10, Isaiah 5:18

Dressing is essential to maintaining order in the church as it can divert attention or lead people to sinful desire or even causing them to fall into sin. Therefore, it should never be taken for granted when a man or a woman dresses in a way that entices or sends out a message that does not glorify God and his church.

We know that Sometimes the order of appropriate dressing is falsely called legalism. This is so called because other religious entities tend to go to the extreme of things when it comes to godly dressing. For this reason, many churches shun from dealing with the issue of inappropriate dressing among professing Christians. We will be mindful of these false notion, but will make sure we maintain the biblical standards when it comes to dressing.

People should be able to come to church and worship without the unnecessary distraction. For this reason, this ministry will avoid any tight dressing that attract lustful looks. Example, dressing that shows cleavages and exposes waistlines, the chest and part of breast. All these kinds of dressing will be considered indecent and inappropriate for the house of God.

A woman should be able to sit down without exposing herself including upper thigh. If a woman will need extra garment before she can be appropriately covered when seated, they must do so, but that might be an indication that the dressing might be inappropriate and will engage your focus and distract others during service. This can also entice the believer. All women must have their heads appropriately set or covered when in the house of God, 1 Cor. 11:2-10

ARTICLE VI - MARRIAGE

This Ministry stands by the scriptural definition of marriage, therefore, we believe that marriage is sacred and permanent relationship ordained by God to legitimately be between one man and one woman, and should only be joined together when all conditions commanded by God in the Holy Scriptures are fulfilled. This is essential to this ministry as it is how God ordained from the beginning of creation and it's a reflection of how Christ relates to the church.

Like any other doctrine that differentiates the true church of Christ from false church, this ministry will cease to be a true church of the Lord Jesus Christ if we defaults on the sacred obligation to protect the sanctity of marriage between a man and a woman as God has ordained in the Holy Scriptures (Genesis 2:18-25; Matthew 19:4-6; Ephesians 5:22-25).

We believe that God command that no intimate sexual activity is to be engaged in outside marriage between a man and a woman. Any engagement in child molestation, pedophilia, fornication, pornography, incest, bisexuality, adultery, homosexuality, and lesbianism are forbidden by God as they are sinful, and perversion of God's gift of sex.

We also believe God disapproves of and forbids any attempt to alter gender by surgery or appearance. (Leviticus 18:1-30; Genesis 2:22-24; 19:4-15; Matthew 19:4-9; Romans 1:26-29; 7:2; 1 Corinthians 5:1; 6:9; Galatians 3:28; Ephesians 5:22-23; 1 Thessalonians 4:1-8 and Hebrews 13:4)

As a church, this ministry will put every effort into making marriages work by providing teaching and helps that are required by scriptures. Any conflict in marriage should be considered big enough to receive the attention of the responsible committee or leader (s).

SECTION 1: DIVORCE:

Matt. 5:31-32, 19:1-12, Mark 10:1-12, Luke 16:18, Romans 7:1-3, 1 Cor. 7:1-30

The growing rate of divorce among Christians makes it unwise for any ministry to ignore this trend of growing epidemic in the body of Christ. There are so many teachings and school of thoughts out there that falsely make many believers think that they can divorce and remarry anytime. These are all due in part to the misinterpretation of Scriptures and rebellion among believers.

The holy Scriptures does not condone divorce, except for fornication. Now that is divorce, but the remarriage is totally different. You cannot remarry until the death of the other person. This is what the Holy Scriptures teaches. This ministry beliefs just what the bible teaches and will put no man and woman together until they have gone through our bible teaching on marriage and have understood this bible truths about divorce.

SECTION 2: SEPARATION AND RECONCILIATION

We believe that married couples should always be together until death do them apart. Every effort will be made to make sure that this solemn obligation is kept with all dignity. The only time this ministry will permit separation of couples will be when there is violent component to a conflict that render one unsafe to live together.

If the case is in the hands of government or the law enforcement the ministry will honor the responsibility of the third party arbitrator and give the support needed until the case is handed over to the ministry as deem appropriate (1 Peter 2:13-17; 1 Timothy 2:1-3) Every support will be given and effort will be made to resolve the issue (s) which created the separation. No dating or courtship can be done during separation as that is considered sinful.

ARTICLE VII - CONFLICT RESOLUTION

This ministry will take it seriously any identified or reported conflict. Any conflict known or been made known to the ministry will be considered carefully and their merit will be investigated so that the proper approach can be determined, Matthew 18:15-18. Since conflicts has a way to escalate when is not attended to carefully, this ministry should consider any conflict big enough to require immediate attention before it gets out of hand, I Corinthians 5:6. This is so in order to root out any footstool that Satan might use to advance his wicked schemes within this ministry, 2 Corinthians 2:11.

A conflict can be within the:

I. Ministry

a. Among leaders

b. Among the congregation

c. Between a member and a leader

II. Family

a. Among family members within the ministry

b. Between a believer and family member (Either believing or unbelieving family member)

All conflicts that become obvious to the congregation will be addressed appropriately and the steps taken by the leadership will be announced to the congregation if need be. This will help prevent the formation of personal opinions that might tarnish the integrity of the individual, and the leadership's ability to handle matters.

No leader should use the pulpit as the ground to hurl personal attacks, as this will engender strife and ungodliness, which will in turn grant satan a footstool to orchestrate his wicked schemes. Leaders must use godly wisdom when addressing situation that happens in front of the congregation that might require immediate attention and must be explained to the congregation in a way that will reflect righteousness and godly wisdom.

ARTICLE VIII - CHURCH DISCIPLINE:

Proverbs 19:20; Titus 3:10; Matthew 18:15-18; Luke 17:3

The purpose and the focus of biblical discipline, has always been to let individuals recognize the sin or error committed in order to bring him/her into good relationship with God and the body of Christ. With that said, it should always be done in love and with keen godly wisdom so that at the end the individual will be rebuilt rather than disrupted and broken.

A. Sinful Acts

Sin or any wrongdoing committed by a member must be dealt with on individual bases. When a sin has becomes obvious to the leadership or the church, the leadership must not rush to judgment, but to conduct their own investigations and assign the appropriate discipline or correction (1 Tim. 5:20). Sinful acts can be:

1. Disorderly Conduct

2. Divisive Behavior

3. Stubborn act against scriptural directions

4. Willfully teaching of heresy

B. Reported Sin

If a person raises a complaint or reports a sin committed by a leader of this ministry, it would only be taken into consideration after two or three credible witnesses can testify to the same, or when the investigation conducted by the church confirms the reported complaint or allegation, (1 Tim. 5:19-20).

If a member or leader raises a complaint against a fellow member, the leaders of the local assembly must investigate the complaint and assign corrective action accordingly.

C. Remorse And Repentance

When a member under the conviction of the Holy Spirit shows repentance by his/her deeds, the church should show mercy and restore such to fellowship. (2 Cor. 2:5-11)

D. Contempt Of Church Discipline

When a member commits a sin willfully and disregards the biblical discipline and teachings of the ministry, after all biblical steps of admonition and edification exhausted, the member will then be suspended, which may lead to excommunication from the church, (Prov. 29:1, Prov. 15:32).

E. Excommunication

The final decision to excommunicate anyone from this ministry would be reached after the leadership have prayed and sought the counsel of the Holy Spirit. The presbytery will make the final decision and will announce it to the congregation as befitting. This will be done in order to preserve the sanctity of the name of Christ on the church, and to help avoid such insubordination becoming a pattern for others to follow (1 Timothy 5:20).

ARTICLE IX - INDEMNIFICATION AND ARBITRATION

As covenant members of the body of Christ, by accepting your membership into the Divine Kingdom Victory Global Ministry, you agree not to pursue litigation against the church, its members, its officers, its paid staff, its volunteers, its leaders or pastor (s). Individuals will allow the leadership to assist in resolving any conflict or grievance you as a member might have against the ministry. This ministry will also make every effort in good faith to create peace, to make sure matters are fairly handled in a godly manner.

It is always proper that Christians learn to resolve conflict and misunderstandings among themselves in godly love without resulting a lawsuit (1 Corinthians 6:1-6) We urge the members of this ministry to live honest lives and avoid defrauding one another in any matters.

It is the responsibility of the leaders and the parents of this ministry to collaboration to ensure the safety of all our children and the vulnerable. It is also the responsibility of the ushers to minimize movements during service. No one should be allowed to walk up to the pulpit except those authorized to do so. All video recording and photographing must be done in a way that will not interfere or disrupt the service. Preferably, use the zoom feature. After each meeting, the church premises shall be kept clean and put in order.

ARTICLE XIII - FINANCES

The source of finances for this ministry will be by free-will offerings, pledges, and donations. When needed the ministry will raise fund for particular projects as will be decided by the leadership. As part of our biblical worship, members are encouraged to purpose in their hearts to bring offering during our worship gatherings.

This body of Christ will be mindful of the fact that tithes were not a teaching handed to us by Christ or the Apostles. It is also completely different when it comes to what the bible teaches as tithe and what is taken for tithe in some of our churches. What we have is a modified version which can not be proven with scriptures. Tithe is a modern day church's way to finance activities of the church to pay bills and to pay its staff. Gen. 8:5, 22; Lev. 27:30; Num. 35:1; Deut 12:17, 14:16-19, 14:28, 23,28; Exd. 25:1; 2 Chron. 31:6; Neh. 10:38, 13:12; Mal. 3:7-12, Matt. 23:23, 1 Cor. 16:1-3, 2 Cor. 9:7

If anyone pledge to give to God one tenth of anything as Abraham, and Jacob did (Genesis 14:20; Gen. 28:20-22), it should be as the person has vowed before God, but that will not be considered a routine for the general assembly to follow. We will not engage in any non-scriptural financial solicitation that will tint the image of this ministry, when it comes to sound doctrine. Every minister of this ministry will be mindful not to use the name of this ministry to allure a person or a group to give money in a way that compromise our sound biblical doctrine.

All financial matters of the ministry will be discussed at the church's business meeting which will be held quarterly or as decided. Financial report will be read at this meeting. This financial report will also be reported to the entire church, at the least once a year, in a very comprehensive form. There will be time for questions and answers and questions will be answered accordingly. Any suggestions or concerns, as to how best we can improve upon the church's finances, will be considered carefully so as to maintain trustworthiness before those entrusted unto us. (Prov. 3:9-10; 1 Corinthians 4:2)

Quarterly, every local branch, that is financially stable, shall contribute 12% (Twelve percent) of their net income to the headquarters. This fund will be used to run the daily activities and the mission of Divine Kingdom Victory Global Ministry (Romans 12:13).

5. Records of its members; their names, telephone numbers, addresses, and email addresses.

ARTICLE XV - WAGES AND SALARIES

This ministry will make sure that those who labor in ministry diligently are taken care of, and none should be placed in a position where the enemy gets an opportunity to entice them with money from ungodly source ( 1 Timothy 5:17-18). In the same way this ministry will not be obliged to shoulder the responsibility of any laborer's debt as a result of careless, unscrupulous, or ungodly decisions (Prov. 26:10). Members or committees shall not solicit for money for a pastor or a leader without proper authorization.

All wages and salary for all laborers in ministry will be decided by an appropriate committee and the presbytery. No guest preacher shall set their own wage or honorarium. Beside the usual honorarium, any expenses that will be paid for by this ministry must be discussed in advance before any quest speaker is invited.

No pastor or shepherd in this ministry will take it upon themselves to resign from their circular job unless it is the decision of the presbytery and endorsed by the headquarters. This is so in order to avoid overburden the local branch financially.

ARTICLE XVI - TRANSFERS AND REPLACEMENTS

As there will always be a need to either transfer or replace a leader or leaders, this ministry will not make any replacement or transfers until it is very necessary. Transfers or replacements should never be used as a form of discipline unless a leader is found not able to perform a duty due to a circumstance created by one's own action.

There are times when the work of ministry at certain locations poses its own special challenges that might require that certain minister or ministers with particular gifts be sent to such location (Gal. 2:7-9; Titus 1:4-5). When this is the case, the final decision to transfer any pastor will always have to be approved by the overseer of DKVGM with presbytery or his designee.

With the exception of an emergency transfers, three months notice will be given ahead of time before any minister is transferred. This will help give ministers ample time for handovers and preparing their family for the changes. The leadership will assist for the smooth transition when transfer does happen.

An emergency transfer are those transfer that are caused by either tension or conflict in a local assembly of which not doing so will render the minister incapable of performing his duties. If after careful evaluation a minister is found not capable of meeting a set standard they will be replaced, after all effort to assist improve their performance had failed.

ARTICLE XVII - RESIGNATION

As it might from time to time happen, resignation might be necessary, due to an extenuating circumstances. When this becomes the case the ministry will be given the resignation letter three months in advance. This will help give time to find a replacement. When there is a good reason for any pastor to resign from their post with immediate effect, a tentative replacement of a qualified person, can be placed by the local presbytery board after endorsed by the headquarters. ARTICLE XIX - ELECTION OF LEADERS FOR SERVICE

1 Timothy 3:1-13, 1 Corinthians 4:2, Titus 1:5-9, 2:6-8

This ministry will use a very careful process in selecting leaders and will be mindful to consider how the prospective leaders handle their own homes, the word of God, the people of God, properties and finances. The leader must be matured and sound in doctrine (1 Tim. 3:6). This should also precipitate the most critical question of the election process. Thus, is the person called by God? No person will be considered for leadership position who has not been saved for at the least five(5) years.

The basic rule that governs the election of leaders is that we are all servant-leaders elected to point the people of God to God by our words and deeds. Teaching them in all humility and not to lord ourselves over them. Our sole responsibility is to be accountable to one another with a clear conscience toward all man and God.

A. For any person to be considered for a leadership position, the existing leaders and the entire congregation will devote time to pray and seek the directions of the Holy Spirit. The congregation will first be informed and taught why there is a need for that leader (s) and what the Bible teaches us about the work responsibility for the individuals.

B. The members will assist in finding these individuals that fit the set criteria and give hints to the designated leaders. Every recommendations or hint given at this point will be weighed very carefully, but that will not guarantee a confirmation ( Ephesians 4:11-13).

C. The prospective leaders will also go through a period of prayer and fasting and the appropriate interview, counseling, and training. How each prospective leader live his life inside and outside the church will be considered prayerfully. Their knowledge of the word of God, prayer life, and character either by word or deed will weigh heavily on the decision to consider them to serve.

D. It shall never be a decision of any individual, either among leaders or the congregation, to ordain anyone into an office of prophet, apostle, evangelist, teacher, deacon or a pastor if the leaders cannot be certain that the individuals are given the spiritual gift to operate in that capacity. The final decision to ordain any into office should be from the head quarters.

ARTICLE XX - ORDINATION, LICENSING AND COMMISSIONING

Acts 10:38; Acts 13:2; 1 Timothy 5:22; Psalm 45:7; Lev. 8:12;

This ministry will have its own licensing and ordination program that certify individual as minister of the gospel who will have the authority vested by the ecclesiastical order and the legal privilege to preach the gospel and to conduct Christian religious ceremonies. When the state or the country in which one intend to conduct a ceremony require registration the individual is responsible to adhere to such standard as deemed appropriate.

The appointment of an individual to any of these offices is a recognition of that individual's possession of the grace and gifts given by God for the work of ministry, therefore it is vitally important that their own convictions must also judge that the Lord has called them that office. The purpose for ordination by this church is to set individuals apart, according to criteria within the confines of scripture and based on the manifested gift in operation. Anyone ordained by this ministry is to abide by the bible teachings of this ministry and to discharge the ecclesiastical responsibility within the context of Holy Scripture (Bible), otherwise one's ordination is void by default. All license and credential are to be renewed on the second anniversary from the date of issue by submitting a renewal form.

This ministry will not be in any haste to ordain anyone into office without being certain that their lifestyle, teachings and doctrine are consistent with christian belief and that they accept the bible as the word of God; hence authoritative and infallible. The prospective minister (s) will fill out an application with criteria questionnaire and submit with an appropriate fee. The process will also include a background checks if needed and submit two references of which one must be from the pastor under whose supervision you serve or from a spiritual mentor who can attest for the calling of God upon your life. One from school or bible college you attended.

By submitting a signed application you also give Divine Kingdom Victory Global Ministry the right to talk with individuals mentioned on the application and to verify the truthfulness of all information. This will help the ministry to be certain that the individual is proven by their work in ministry and that he possession the gift and the grace of the holy spirit to be ordained into the office of a minister. When a minister who is already ordained join this ministry, he will still go through our approval process before he can serve in that capacity. To be be in good standing, all licensed/ordained minister must update their information with this ministry whenever there is a change, and to attend our gatherings and conferences at the least once a year.

1. When a leader or an elder is unable to ordain an elect-officer for conscience reasons, he shall inform the rest of the leaders of their reasons during the selection phase of the process in an appropriate manner, preferably in writing.

2. As it is not seen in the bible that a woman was ordained as a pastor or an apostle, this ministry stands by the biblical mandate and will not ordain women into the office of the pastor, the apostle and that of the presiding elder, but rather they will be commissioned as partners in ministry. Their work in the ministry will not be considered any less important than the rest, but God in his own wisdom has set this as the order and we as a body will not intentionally violate God's order.

3. Following the election of the prospective officer (s), as part of the ordination process, there shall be an arrangement during a special service at which set-time the elected officer or officers shall be ordained by the laying on of hands of the eldership to signify their acceptance and conscience support of the elected officer (s) .

4. This solemn act of ordination must always be accompanied by much prayers of the entire congregation and prospective officer shall be anointed with olive oil in front of the whole congregation.

ARTICLE XXI - REVIEW OF OFFICERS

An ordination to an office is always intended to be for as long as the individual meets the biblical qualifications, therefore this ministry reserve the authority to review an officer when the following occur:

1. There is a reason to question his integrity or his performance regarding the responsibilities entrusted to him or her.

2. Complaint of abuse of the office appointed.

If it is an offence on biblical grounds, then at the meeting duly called for same reason, the leadership will review the matter and assign the appropriate cause of action as required by the holy scriptures. The biblical grounds upon which the cause of action taken read out. Each at the meeting will then cast vote by a written ballot. The decision to proceed with the intended cause of action will and can only be confirmed by a two-thirds of the vote.

ARTICLE XXII - COMMITTEES AND DEPARTMENTS

Committees and Ministries are set up in this body of Christ for the smooth running of all the essential functions of the ministry. Committee provides an opportunity for individuals to perform and to grow. Committees will be set up according to the needs of the local assembly and not as a pattern to just follow. Those that can be put in charge of these committees within the ministry must be those gifted with the qualities that serve the interest of the members of the church.

The leaders of committees should be committed persons with the capability to lead at some level. They should have self-control, good inter-personal skills, accountable, willing to submit to authority as to taking directions from the leadership of the ministry. They should also be example to the members entrusted to them, and acknowledge their position as a servant-leader and be willing to work as a team.

No individual committee shall craft their own constitution or bylaws, but that which is approved or added through the amendment process by the board of directors. No department shall be involved in soliciting for money except that which is directed by the leadership of the local assembly.

A. SERVICE COORDINATORS (USHERS) DEPARTMENT:

They help with the smooth running of the church during our gatherings. They are integral part of the team that beautifies the house of God as well. Their responsibilities are no less than any team in the church that requires spiritual oversight. They are also the people that reflect the attitude and reception of the church. They should have a proper training that equip them with good interpersonal skills, (Psalm 84:10; 1 Chron. 9:18, 1 Chron. 26:12; 2 Kings 22:4, Prov.8:34)

The adopted name for the choir of Divine Kingdom Victory Global Ministry Inc. will be "DIVINE VOICE OF VICTORY (D-VOV)".

The individuals in the praise and worship team need to understanding that it is not just talent that is at display here, but your conduct. No one will be allowed to be in the worship team merely for their good voice or ability to play an instrument, but a christian who professes holiness with his/her conduct, both in the the ministry and outside the church as well.

C. EVANGELISM, OUTREACH AND MISSIONS

There will be leadership oversight and coordinators for this department to make sure that what is done in this department is not short of the biblical guidance and the responsibilities given by our Lord Jesus Christ when he commissioned the apostle to go and make disciples of all nations (Matt. 28:18, Acts 1:8)

We will use the model Jesus Christ set for us. Christ himself went to do evangelism with the disciples. They will make sure that the process in article XI section 3 is followed. Every leader, including the pastors, will involve in evangelism. This ministry will be responsible for gathering the men in this ministry for prayer (1 Timothy 2:8; Proverbs 14:2) bible studies, seminars, conferences, training, retreats (prayer and fasting). Part of the training for the men will be parenting and how to be a mentors to the young men. With more emphasis on living out the Bible principles. How to be responsible fathers and a husbands who take care of their homes as the head of their house.

The older men should be biblical example to the younger men in all conducts as the younger men show respect to the older men (Titus 2:1-2). The genuine love of God should be exhibited here as this will prove to the world who the children of God are.

If a man cannot take care of his own household how can he take care of God's church (1 Tim. 3:5). This scripture will apply to every man in this ministry. Every man with the fear of God should have a decent job or a career that can support his family financially ( 1 Tim. 5:8, 2 Thess. 3:10, Ps. 128:1-4, Prov. 12:11, Prov. 6:6-11, 26:15-16). On their jobs, all men are expected to reflect godly lifestyle taught by this ministry.

Part of the men's ministry seminar will involve spiritual life and the physical health (1 Tim. 4:7-8). We will invite physicians, nurses, nutritionists and other healthcare professionals from time to time to come and educate the men on the health issues that affect men.

Part of the training will involve godly parenting and how the older women can become an example to the younger women when it comes to keeping home, and involvement in ministry (Titus 2:3-5; Proverbs 14:1).

Part of the seminar and conferences will involve women's spiritual life and the physical health (1 Tim. 4:7- 8). We will invite physicians, nurses, nutritionists and other healthcare professionals from time to time to come and educate the women on the health issues that affect women.

G. YOUTH MINISTRY:

1 John 2:13b, 14b, Deut. 6:7, Titus 2:4-6

The youth ministry will involve gathering the youth in this ministry for prayer, bible studies, training, retreats, prayer and fasting times and youth programs. Part of the training will involve how to choose academic career and to prepare and get them ready to take up responsibility of adulthood. To help them identify their spiritual gifts and their call for the work of ministry, and also how to reach other youth with the gospel.

Their concerns as youth should never be disregarded as this usually leaves room for the enemy to play on their minds and emotions. Open conversation is essential. How they feel about things and situations must be addressed. They need to be taught good interpersonal skills and purity towards the opposite sex since the holy Scriptures address this as an essential component of godliness.

There should always be matured adult or adults responsible to oversee and guide them with the area of emotional, physical and spiritual matters as their fragility is usually masked by their high energy. We should always endeavor to pray with them and to teach them the importance of family. Our good intentions should never be just intentions towards them but we should exemplify them by the things we say to them, do around them, and with them.

H. CHILDREN'S DEPARTMENT

Proverbs 22:6

The children ministry will be headed by matured adults who have the skills to teach and train the children in this ministry. This department will help the children to understand the nature of God and the demonstration of God's love. They will be taught the word of God and be encouraged to memorize and recite the bible. This department will also organize holiday and vacation camp meeting for the children as our resource and planning will allow.

I. SINGLES DEPARTMENT:

This will be the committee that will help gather all the singles in the church to help them understand the Holy Scriptures, how to live by it and to prepare themselves for career, ministry and marriage. They will, periodically, go for a retreat to spend time to pray, fast and get the appropriate training and teachings (1 Tim. 5:1-2).

J. MARRIAGE COMMITTEE:

This Ministry stands by the Bible definition of marriage, thus, marriage is God's ordained covenant between a biological man and a biological woman, when all conditions commanded by God in the Holy Scriptures are fulfilled. This is essential to this ministry as it is how God ordained from the beginning of creation and it is the reflection of how Christ also relates to the church. This ministry will put every effort into making marriages work by providing teaching and helps that are required by scriptures.

Like any other doctrine that differentiates the true church of Christ from false church, this ministry will cease to be a true church of the Lord Jesus Christ if it defaults on this sacred obligation to keep and protect the sanctity of marriage between biological man and a biological woman (Genesis 2:24).

For the above reason the department will be the support and outreach for the marriage couples to help establish godliness in marriages. The leader or leaders of the marriage committee will be a matured and spirit filled couple or couples whose marriages exemplify the attributes of biblical marriage, Titus 2:5, 1 Timothy 3:4-5, 5:8. Whenever there are marriage issues or conflict, this committee will be consulted. All complicated matters will be referred to the appropriate leader (s).

K. SOCIAL AND WELFARE COMMITTEE:

This committee will take care of the welfare of the pastor and the church members as well as the needs of the poor, widows, orphans and the strangers that will need assistance from the church. When there is distribution of ware for the needy, this committee will be responsible. There will be a matured, spirit filled and faithful deacon (s) that will be assigned to oversee this committee.

Prov. 21:13, 28:27, Matt. 25:32-46, Luke 4:18-21, John 13:34-35, Acts 6:1-7 Eph. 4:32, Phil. 2:4, 1 Thess. 5:11,1 Tim. 5:8, James 1:27, 1 John 3:17-18.

No member, leader or leaders assigned to this committee should use their position or place in this committee to seek their own personal interest. All actions conducted by the committee should reflect transparency and care for those in need of the services of this committee as this is the biblical way of serving people in need.

L. BUDGET AND FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT:

The financial committee will comprise of individual elected through the corporate prayer of the entire church and the decision of the leadership. These individuals would be those gifted with the ability to handle money with all honesty. This committee will be directed by at the least one accountant who has the spirit of God to guide with skills and by the word of God.

All funds should be recorded and accounted for by the financial committee on the same day, and all deposits to the bank should be made within 1-3 business days. No money shall be taken directly from offerings unless is directed by the responsible leader or leaders in a way that it can be accounted for. All expenses should be disbursed as per designated budget and should be from the church's main coffers.

In order to create proper oversight over the ministry's finances, no one should take upon himself/herself to spend any amount without the approval from a respective leader who is responsible for purchasing order. Any petty cash expenses should be accompanied by a receipt for item (s) purchased, this includes routine purchases. Receipt must accompanied with an approval form for any amount equal or greater than $70.00 USD. All receipts must have detail information that can be traced to the issuer. Missing receipts must be document with detailed explanation of the circumstances the lead to the event. This should be so, in order to give those assigned to do this work less complications. This will also foster accountability and trust (1 Corinthians 4:2)

M. PROPERTY DEPARTMENT

Any proposed purchases and acquisition of property (Equipment, vehicles, land or building, etc.) will be handled by this committee. They will work with individual departments whose responsibility crosses path with them.

This department will be responsible for publications, sound systems, recording, and projections. No publication, including announcements, shall be published to represent this ministry without proper review and authorization from its leadership.

O. PRAYER & INTERCESSION MINISTRY

The lifestyle of prayer was set as an example by our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ as he exemplify by a lifestyle of continuous prayer day and night. He embodies and personifies effective and dynamic prayer warrior who commanded the apostles and every believer to follow his example (Rom. 5:33) The prayer and the intercessory team will be the team that will bear the church in prayer.

They will lead the prayer activities of the church with the support and directions of the leadership. They will also be involved with our outreach crusades and deliverances. It is essential that they developed and maintain the lifestyle of bible dependent prayer and holiness (Isaiah 59:16, 1Tim. 2:1-4,8, 2 Tim. 1:3, Luke 18:1, Phil. 4:6, Col. 1:3, Ps. 65:2, Matt. 7:7, Mark 9:29, 11:24, John 14:13-14, James 5:13-18)

Divine Kingdom Victory Global ministry will do missions and outreach to plant branches both locally and internationally. The sole purpose will be to reach the unreached and the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We will be mindful to set a godly standards locally and internationally. The decision to establish a branch will be weighed prayerfully and with a careful planning with the director (s) and coordinators for outreach and global missions.

1. When a decision is made to establish a branch, all needed resources, including personnel and proper documentations will be provided based on the need of the jurisdictional location of the prospective branch.

2. When individual member of this ministry relocate overseas and in good faith win souls, mobilize persons and seek to have a branch of this ministry opened, after prayer and proper evaluation of the prospect of the intended branch, every effort will be made to assign an oversight to assist with establishing this new branch. This ministry also, in good faith, reserves the right to withdraw its involvement when there is a good reason to suspect any impropriety which can damage sound doctrine and the image of this ministry.

3. The headquarters will make every effort to avoid unreasonable expectations and misconception which creates the abuse of resources and finances.

4. No oversea branch will be drained of their budget to care for any unreasonable demands from the headquarters (2 Corinthians 8:12-14)

5. The headquarters shall make every effort to assist any branch of the Divine Kingdom Victory Global Ministry that might go through financial struggle. Every financial crisis situation shall be assessed individually, and the proper remedy to resolve the financial crisis will be implemented wisely to avoid the enemy taking advantage of the vulnerability of the financial situation.

ARTICLE XXIV - MARRIAGES AND WEDDINGS

The ceremonies of marriages and weddings will be looked at from its original biblical standpoint. Thus, it is only acceptable as between a biological man and a biological woman. Purity in the process leading to marriage is just as important as the marriage itself. Therefore, this ministry cannot be forced to accept any preparations that the ministry cannot verify and be sure of. The teachings of this ministry regarding marriage is very critical during the process leading to any marriage (Genesis 2:20-25; Heb. 13:4; Matt. 5:31-32, 19:1-12, Mark 10:1-12; Luke 16:18; Romans 7:1-3; 1 Cor. 7:1-39)

For proper and decent approach, If any man in this ministry finds a woman that he might be interested in, he should not approach the woman until he has spoken to a leader or the leadership. This will help the leadership to pray with you and use godly wisdom to investigate and advise the right approach to use, Prov. 20-22; Prov. 18:22 ;Prov. 31:10.

Requirements to fulfil before one can be considered ready for marriage are as followed:

a. Both the man and the woman must be believers whose faith and devotion to the Lord can be attested to by the saints.

b. The man and the women who intend to marry must not have come together sexually prior to been recognized by the leadership and the church as a whole.

c. The man and the woman must be matured at a level where both understand the biblical implications of marriage.

d. At the least, the man must have decent source of income and accommodation.

e. They should have a medical examine that clear them from certain illnesses eg. STDs, HIV/AIDS, sickle cell disease, Etc. In the case of sickle cell disease, the result will be reviewed by a medical professional who will advise accordingly as this does not necessarily prevent one from getting married.

f. The man and the woman should also fulfill requirement set by the family of both parties as it fulfil godliness.

g. No prospective couples can unilaterally set a date(s) until it is planned together with the leadership

h. The intended couple must fulfill the legal requirements of their jurisdiction as required by law. This should only be done after the church has given its approval to the marriage.

ARTICLE XXV - BIRTHS

All births will be announced as per the preference of the parents and the leadership of this ministry. Anything that need to be done by this ministry will follow the protocol that the leaders will put in place. Members' gifts and donations must be given directly to the person, unless otherwise instructed.

ARTICLE XXVI - CHRISTENING AND NAMINGS

In the Scriptures, naming a child was a solemn and sacred event. The family and friends focused on the meaning of the name, character and the destiny conferred on the child. They were in anticipation to see these blessings fulfilled in the person who is given this particular name. It had nothing to do with over-expenses and worldliness and worthless attachments and implications.

The good example to follow is how our Lord Jesus Christ was presented and named according the promise made by God (Matt. 21:23). This ministry will honor naming and christening as it honors God and his word, but will not be obliged to participate in any tradition that will go directly against the word of God.

The family will notify the ministry, at the least two weeks in advance for the upcoming baby naming and dedication. During our regular service, there will be a time when the parents will present the baby (s) to the leadership with the name of the baby (s) sealed in an envelope. The father of the child will be asked to read the full name of the baby's intermittently three times whilst the charge pastor starts with the water, honey and salt as the elements of pureness, sweetness and preservation as the process of naming and then dedication. In the absence of above elements, the leadership must use their discretion

After this the entire congregation will pray for the baby as the child is dedicated to the Lord. After this the baby (s) will be presented to the congregation and as a witness. This is not a baptism as we do not believe in children's baptism.

ARTICLE XXVII - DEATHS AND FUNERALS

When there is death in the this ministry or death of a family member of this ministry, the ministry will assist and support the family as it reflects godliness (Acts 8:2) It is always advisable that people plan wisely for these eventualities by saving for emergencies and adding life insurance as part of their family financial management. This will ease the survived family members and the ministry of some of the extraneous financial burdens when death do occur (2 Kings 4:1; Prov. 13:22).

The leaders will use every wisdom to make sure that proper instructions are given to the members as to at what capacity this ministry can be of assistance. The bible teaches us to mourn with those that mourn and rejoice with those that rejoice (Rom.12:15; Eccl. 3:4), for that reason this ministry will support the grieving family in every way possible.

ARTICLE XXVIII - NONPROFIT STATUS AND DISSOLUTION

This ministry is not organized for profit. The property and assets are irrevocably set aside for God's work, and no part of the net worth of this ministry shall inure to the benefit of the overseer, a director, an officer of the ministry, or to the benefit of a private individual. Upon the dissolution of this corporation, after paying all debts and the obligation of the corporation, the remaining assets shall be donated to a charity of the voting agreement of the trustees.

It shall always be done with keen consideration to the Holy Scripture, and an amendment shall only be accepted into the constitution of this ministry by affirmative vote of a two-thirds majority votes of those represented at a duly held meeting of the members.
